The machine includes 6 main clusters:
- Lower frame assembly, base body and machine structural frame
- Moving assembly (conveyor assembly)
- The main shaft assembly includes 4 heads with facing, tapping, and slotting functions. Move by guide rail sliding table. Automatic operation through servo and inverter control system.
- Positioning assembly, locating and clamping parts
- Coolant tank assembly

Parts are fed onto the conveyor belt simultaneously and moved into the machining space of the 4 heads. At the processing position, the part is positioned and clamped tightly using the JIG mechanism, precise clamping. At the same time, the machine will perform operations at the same time such as welding both sides of the large and small ends of the part. Tap holes and grooves. Basic operations of integrated processing machines
- The integrated processing machine has two operating modes: manual mode and automatic operating mode (Auto).

- With automatic mode, the product is continuously fed into the input cluster and moved to the processing position. After the product is accurately positioned using the JIG jig , the machining head goes into operation. The processed product will be brought to the output cluster automatically for workers to take out.

Machine running cycle:
– After returning the device to its original state, the Return light is completely lit, then switch back to Auto. Press simultaneously. Reset and Stop to clear all product counters and timer to 0.
– After switching to Auto, the Start light flashes (The Start light on the HMI flashes but does not exist. Useful to run Auto for safety reasons.
– Press the Start 1 and Start 2 buttons at the same time and the turntable will automatically rotate 900. On the first run This will only have the drill assembly active.
– After the drilling assembly is completed, the Start 1 and Start 2 lights will flash. Put the product in again. Press the Start 1 and Start 2 buttons at the same time and the turntable will automatically rotate 90 0 . In this second run Drilling assembly and chamfering assembly operate.
– After the Drilling and Beveling clusters are completed, the Start 1 and Start 2 lights will flash. Order further products product and press the Start 1 and Start 2 buttons simultaneously. The turntable will automatically rotate at an angle of 900 . On this Tuesday, all 3 Drilling, Chasing and Boring clusters will be operational.
– After all 3 Drilling, Chamfering and Boring clusters are completed, the Start 1 and Start 2 lights will flash. Order further products product and press the Start 1 and Start 2 buttons at the same time, the turntable will rotate 90° . Starting times If you run this, all 3 clusters will be active.
– Every time you finish executing, press Start 1 and Start 2 when the Start 1 and Start 2 lights flash new cycle .
